Is nupk's interface available only in Bangla, or can I switch to another language — and how do I change it?

NUPK nupk supports multiple languages — in addition to Bangla, you can browse the interface in English and other languages. However, Bangla is set as the default for most users in Bangladesh.

After logging in, click the profile icon in the top right corner.
Go to the "Settings" menu.
Go to the "Language" section and select your preferred language.
Save — once the page reloads, the interface will display in your new language.

To change the language in the mobile app: App Menu → Profile → Settings → Language. The change takes effect instantly — no need to log out.

I went to log in and realized I've forgotten my password — how do I get back into my account?

Forgetting your password is common — and it's quick to fix.

Enter the mobile number or email address you used when registering.
A 6-digit OTP will be sent to you within seconds.
Verify your identity with the OTP — it expires in 10 minutes.
Create a new password — at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter and one number.
Log in with your new password.

If you don't receive the OTP: check your spam folder (for email), verify your number is correct, and wait 2–3 minutes. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support@nupk.asia.

After I placed my bet, the match was rained off or stopped midway — what happens to my bet?

This is one of the most frequently asked questions among bettors — especially in Bangladesh when rain interrupts cricket matches. If the match is fully abandoned or cancelled:

If a match is cancelled before it starts, the full stake is refunded.
If a match starts but is abandoned before completing the required minimum time or overs, those bets are also marked "Void" and your stake is refunded.

If a Match is Postponed and Later Resumed:

If a match is suspended and resumes within 36 hours, your bet remains valid.
If the match result is not confirmed within 36 hours, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.

When the result is determined by the DLS method:

If a cricket match result is determined by DLS rules, that result is considered final and bets are settled accordingly.

The nupk app keeps crashing or won't open — how do I fix it?

App

There are a few common reasons why the app may not open or might crash, and in most cases the issue can be resolved within minutes. Try these first:

Fully close the app (swipe it away from Recent Apps) and relaunch it.
Restart your phone — in many cases, this alone resolves the issue.
Check your internet connection — try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa.
Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → NUPK → Storage → Clear Cache.

Regarding Updates:

nupk.asia/app Download the latest version from the page. Older versions can sometimes lose compatibility with the server.
Android: Uninstall the old APK and install the new one. iOS: Update via the App Store.

If the issue persists: If your phone's storage is low, the app may not function properly — try to keep at least 1 GB of free space. If the problem persists, log in to nupk.asia via your browser to continue and report the details to support@nupk.asia.

I want extra security on my account — how do I enable two-step verification?

Enabling 2-Step Verification (2FA) means that even if someone knows your password, they can't access your account with it alone — an OTP is also required at every login.

Log in to your account and go to the Profile menu.
Go to "Security Settings".
Find the "Two-Step Verification" option and click "Enable".
Choose how to receive your OTP — via SMS to your mobile number or to your email.
A confirmation OTP will be sent. Use it to activate 2FA.
From that point on, every login will require both your password and an OTP.

Important Note: When enabling 2FA, make sure you have access to your registered mobile number or email address. Without access, you may be locked out of your account. Always keep your OTP private — never share it with anyone.

Is there an age limit on NUPK — can a 16-year-old create an account?

Direct Answer: No. NUPK's minimum age to participate is 18. Anyone aged 16 or under cannot — and should not — create an account. How age verification works:

You are required to enter your date of birth during registration. If you are under 18, the registration cannot be completed.
During KYC verification, your age is re-confirmed via your National ID card or passport.
If any discrepancy is found during age verification, the account will be immediately suspended and any deposited funds will be returned.
If you register with a false date of birth and are later found out, your account will be permanently closed and all winnings may be voided.
